BIOGRAPHY
Sid Hanna Saleh is a teaching associate professor in the Department of Engineering, Design, and Society at Colorado School of Mines. Director of the McNeil Center of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Sid develops entrepreneurial programs, content and curricula in support of Mines’ Pathways of Distinction. Sid is a management researcher and educator who examines how individuals collaborate to develop novel ideas and creative solutions for complex challenges in spite of the constraints they face in organizations, startups and partnerships. Specifically, his research explores collaborative creativity, mentoring and collective choice in the context of entrepreneurship, innovation and talent retention. His research goal is to boost organizational innovation.
